Our Promise

Every Thind Stone quartz and engineered surface is backed by our manufacturer-supported warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural stone is guaranteed to be supplied as described — slab, thickness and finish — and free from structural cracks at the time of delivery.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in quartz and engineered surfaces — up to 15 years residential use
• Porcelain slabs and tiles — 10 years against manufacturing defects
• Delamination, resin failure and colour inconsistency within a single slab

What is not covered

• Damage from heat, impact, chemicals or improper cleaning
• Fabrication or installation errors by third-party installers
• Natural variation in colour and veining of natural stone
• Commercial or outdoor use unless agreed in writing
